Computerized Embroidery As Special As Your Own Logo!

What is computerized embroidery?
Logo design or lettering stitched directly on clothing, such as polo shirts, sweatshirts, vests, jackets, and hats. Logos are programmed on computer files which are read by a computer linked to an industrial sewing machine. Lettering requires no file setup.
What is needed to have my logo made into a computer readable file?
Supply us with camera ready artwork in finished art form such as a business card or letterhead. State the finished size and indicate the number of colors in the design.
How many colors can I have?
The average is three colors, but it varies from one to five colors.
What does it cost to set it up?
The cost is based on the number of stitches in a design. The average logo is 3,500 stitches. The computer artist who programs the file can give an estimate of the number of stitches. The file setup cost will then be calculated at $15.00 per 1,000 stitches. This is a one-time charge. Once the file is set up, it can be used when needed.
How many pieces do I need to order?
There are no minimums.
What is the price to embroider?
There is a charge per 1,000 stitches for the application of the design, when added to the price of the garment it gives you the per unit price.
